YOUR TRIP
1 - Can I transfer my invitation to someone else?
No. The invitation is personal and non-transferable.
2 - Can I change my flight ticket?
Yes, but any changes must be made privately and will be subject to availability, as well as applicable fines and fees. To do so, you must send an email to bcd.rsvp@bcdme.com.br ,with your request and cover all extra costs incurred.
3 - Can I bring a guest?
No. The event is scientific in nature and exclusive to invited guests.
4 - Can I request a hotel change?
No. Accommodation will be assigned according to your registration date.
5 - Will there be a transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa?
Yes, in the host country, according to the issued ticket and the event schedule. If you change your flight ticket, transportation will be at your own expense.
Upon arrival at the airport, there will be signage to guide you. You will receive a voucher letter with information regarding the departure transfer.
6 - Which costs are covered by the event?
Guest participation includes logistics (flight, airport/hotel/airport transfer, and accommodation, when applicable) and meals at pre-determined locations and times set by the organization during the event agenda. Any extra costs, inside or outside the hotel, will be the guest’s responsibility. If you choose to use your own car, parking will be paid by Medtronic; you must validate your ticket at the Event Foyer.
7 - Can I request an extension of my hotel stay?
The hotel stay covered by the event is from March 2nd to March 4th. If you wish to extend your stay, you must make a new reservation directly with the hotel and cover the resulting costs.
8 - Do I need to worry about meals?
Medtronic will provide food and beverages throughout your participation in MIND 360. You may consume additional items in areas outside the event, such as at the hotel (for guests with included accommodation), being aware that these costs will be charged to your name.

2 - How do I get to the venue?
TAXI AND RIDE-SHARING APPS
Access via taxi or ride-sharing apps (Uber and 99) can be made through Av. das Nações Unidas, 12,551, where there is a drop-off and pick-up point, or through Av. Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini via Rua Arizona.
PARKING
The WTC Events Center has covered parking for up to 1,700 vehicles, with over 5,000 additional spaces nearby and valet service.
Payment is covered by Medtronic. Please validate your ticket at the Event Foyer.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
If using CPTM trains, get off at Berrini Station on Line 9 – Emerald, located 500 meters from our entrance on Av. das Nações Unidas.
By bus, via Av. Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini, use the entrance on Rua Heinrich Hertz.
3 - Is it possible to follow the event online?
MIND 360 will be 100% in-person and will not be broadcast over the internet.
4 - Will there be a luggage storage/cloakroom?
Yes, it will be located in the event foyer.
5 - Who are the speakers?
The full agenda, including speakers’ names and times, is available on the event website and app.
6 - Can I attend only one day of the event?
Preferably no, as the full experience requires your participation during all days of the event.
7 - Will there be a certificate of participation?
Yes, we will send a digital certificate. After the event ends, you will receive an email to complete a satisfaction survey; once submitted, your certificate will be available for download.
