Guidelines
To help you get the most out of our event, here are some important tips and information.
Registration
Download the event APP to your mobile phone. This will speed up your entry to MIND 360 – 2nd Edition. Present it upon arrival, self-register, and remember to use your badge in all areas of the event. You can also enter the event using Facial Recognition.

MIND 360 will have photographic and video coverage, so please be aware that your image may be captured in a scene or photo and may be used internally and externally by Medtronic.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your belongings, so keep them within easy reach. If you need to store them, use the official event cloakroom.
Routes
Some transfers will be by contracted shuttle service. Always check the event identification on the vehicle before boarding.
There will be walking distances between the hotel and the event venue: please travel in groups and follow the signs provided by uniformed monitors.
Security
São Paulo has the characteristics of a large metropolis. Although the event is in a safe area, we still advise you to be attentive to your belongings and not leave valuables or electronics, such as cell phones and laptops, in plain sight.
Dress Code
March is the last month of the Brazilian summer, with average temperatures reaching 28°C.
The event will take place in a fully air-conditioned environment, and the suggested attire is business casual.
